friendly staff dog menu really good view long queue unavailable table ignored reception
the staff were friendly I noticed many dogs having a GREAT time. it brought a smile to my face to see they even had their own menu. the views were really good from the veranda outside.
I stood a LONG time at reception to check in I felt ignored. the queue for the bar to order food and drinks was massive. it was difficult to find a table that was not reserved so we could order food.

friendly staff lovely room cooked breakfast convenient location
The staff was friendly and helpful . The room was lovely and clean. Breakfast included both continental and cooked options and tasted great. The location offers easy access to a park and ride facility.
The room was a bit dark. The en-suite was small.

the parking was quite easy with plenty of space.
i found there to be no fridge available in the room which was annoying as i wanted to keep drinks cold. i did expect a fridge, especially given the price i paid. it would really enhance the experience if fridges were standard.

pleasant landscaping garden area water omission missing water
The grounds were landscaped kinda. The garden area offered a visually appealing space.
I encountered an issue concerning water provision. No water was available in the rooms, a surprising omission considering the room rate. I ordered water, it never arrived.
